Oversee of Sale

For clients wanting help selling their current property, we are on hand to help. We will organise and attend selling agent valuations and help negotiate selling agents fees. Once an agent is instructed we agree a target sale price, marketing price and marketing strategy and act as your main point of contact throughout the sale. We will keep you updated on progress and once an offer has been accepted we can recommend solicitors and other third parties and work with them to progress the sale on a day to day basis. Our clients value our involvement and professional advice.

Oversee of Purchase

If prior to instructing Edingtons, you identify a property you would like to buy and would like expert assistance purchasing it we offer an Oversee of Purchase service. We will view the property, report on its value, implement the most appropriate negotiation strategy and manage the purchase to completion of contracts by dealing with all third parties. Clients using this service do not benefit from our full search service but do value the fact that through our involvement they will secure the property on the most favourable terms and have their acquisition progressed by an experienced firm.

Interior Design

For clients acquiring properties in need of renovation or help with interior design, Edingtons offers a ‘turn-key’ service from initial acquisition through to project completion. We have completed a range of interior design projects, from large family houses to pied-a-terre apartments. Our services include; interior spatial planning, interior detailing, furniture and fabric specifications, bespoke furniture and joinery design, lighting design, accessorising and art consultation.

Project Management

For clients looking to undertake building works, we are well placed to help. We have extensive experience in managing projects of various sizes.
